The transceiver range covers speeds from 1G through to 100G. It includes multi-mode and single-mode fibre options, as well as copper RJ45 modules for existing twisted-pair infrastructure. Form factors include SFP, SFP+, SFP28, and QSFP28. So whether you need a short-reach 1G module for a local switch connection, a 10G or 25G SFP for server uplinks, or a 40G and 100G QSFP module for backbone and data centre connectivity, there is a Blue Cable Co® option for your platform. Long-reach single-mode options also extend to 40km, covering inter-site and campus edge deployments.
Passive DAC Cables for Short-Reach Connections
For short-reach connections inside the rack or between adjacent cabinets, the passive DAC cable range covers four speeds. These include 10G SFP+ to SFP+, 25G SFP28 to SFP28, 40G QSFP+ to QSFP+, and 100G QSFP28 to QSFP28. All use passive copper twinax construction. As a result, they need no drivers, no active components, and no configuration. Each comes in 1m, 2m, and 5m lengths to suit different rack depths and cross-connect scenarios.
