These cables feature a reduced 5.9mm outer diameter, making them significantly easier to route through patch panels and switch stacks. Despite the slim profile, they provide elite-level protection against EMI thanks to an overall foil and braid (S/FTP) construction.
The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket is a critical safety feature included across our new CAT6A S/FTP Slim range. In the event of a fire, these jackets emit significantly less smoke and no toxic halogen gases compared to standard PVC. Making them the safest choice for enclosed data centers, high-rise buildings, and poorly ventilated comms rooms.
Built for the Australian market, these cables are fully RCM certified and meet AS/NZS 11801.1 standards. Each lead is constructed with 26AWG stranded copper and 50µ” gold-plated pins. This ensures 10Gbps performance that stands up to 100% electrical testing for continuity and insulation resistance.
